I downloaded this free iPhone application that lets me count calories and my protein intake. I didnt realize that on my normal diet, I was nowhere close to eating as much as I need to. Imagine if I found this 2 months ago when I started lifting heavy, gains would have been much bigger and quicker. I kind of feel like I wasted most of my creatine supplement by not eating properly. Off to make a protein shake haha.

iPhone App ftw...always come in handy
ReplyDeleteIts a pain in the ass though, I have no clue what my normal portions are and you pretty much need to know that so you get an accurate count with the app. Also drinking 3 protein shakes a day is giving me bubble guts. Might have to start drinking it with water instead of milk because fuarkkkkkk.
ReplyDeletepeople always over or underestimate how much they are eating. it's one of peoples main problems to attaining their goals. glad you got it sorted out
