Counting Calories/ Proteinz

I downloaded this free iPhone application that lets me count calories and my protein intake. I didnt realize that on my normal diet, I was nowhere close to eating as much as I need to. Imagine if I found this 2 months ago when I started lifting heavy, gains would have been much bigger and quicker. I kind of feel like I wasted most of my creatine supplement by not eating properly. Off to make a protein shake haha.

  6. Its a pain in the ass though, I have no clue what my normal portions are and you pretty much need to know that so you get an accurate count with the app. Also drinking 3 protein shakes a day is giving me bubble guts. Might have to start drinking it with water instead of milk because fuarkkkkkk.
